1.Five-level hierarchical quality inspection, strict control of quality throughout the entire process 

From the inspection of raw materials, grinding inspection, finished product inspection, packaging inspection to the final inspection before shipment, five key stages have dedicated quality inspection stations. If the previous process is not qualified, it will not be passed on to the next process. Defective products are classified for disposal. Those that can be repaired are repaired, and those that cannot be repaired are directly scrapped and recycled. A series of checks are implemented to prevent defective products from leaving the factory. 

2. Waste materials are fully recycled in a closed loop, achieving environmental friendliness and sustainability. 

All production waste materials such as scrapped products, unqualified blanks, fired waste products, and outbound waste products can be recycled and re-melted in the pig iron smelting process. The utilization rate of raw materials is high, and the production is environmentally friendly with no solid waste waste. 

3. Process logic is scientific, and multiple layers of processes enhance durability. 

Raw material refinement, steel sand blasting, double-layer protection of back glaze and base glaze, high-temperature integrated firing, combined with multiple rounds of quality inspection as a guarantee. From multiple dimensions including base material, structure, porcelain layer, appearance, protection, and packaging, it strictly controls the entire process to avoid common problems such as rusting, porcelain loss, glaze defects, and size deviations from the very beginning, ensuring the service life and usage experience of each cast iron enamel bathtub.
